The Commercial Department is our interface with the market and how we do business: first we are interested in finding out how we can help our customers, what are their requests in terms of training, what are their expectations and how can we find the most efficient and beneficial solution: time-wise, cost-wise, quality-wise.
The training is conducted by our specialists from the two biggest departments: Training and Systems & Development. Here, every detail of a training course is being analysed and solutions are suggested, until the perfect match with our customers’ expectations is agreed upon.
Recruitment & HR Department is responsible for taking care that the most trainable students are being selected, using recognised selection tool. The benefit of the selection process is proven by a success rate reaching up to 92%.
Finance and Quality departments are representing two essential supporting functions in creating a service that is well anchored to the market reality and to the safety standards.
