Navigating the future of ATC recruitment

Entry Point North welcomes you to this interactive conference focusing on attracting future talent to ATC professions.

The day will focus on future challenges regarding Gen Y entering the workforce and how to ensure a diverse workforce, primarily from a gender perspective.

This will be an opportunity to network with other participants from ANSPs facing similar challenges and get inspiration for future recruitment campaigns and processes.

We welcome Key Note Speaker Anders Parment (PhD), a senior lecturer and research fellow at the Marketing section of Stockholm Business School.

He is an Employer Branding & Generations Expert and has written 40+ books on various marketing, company strategy and performance measurement themes.

By connecting real cases with research and data, he will give us insights, food for thought and considerations for the future.

Travel and accommodation

Travel and accommodation are to be arranged individually by workshop participants.

The city of Malmö is easily reachable by flying to either Malmö Airport or Copenhagen Airport.

Entry Point North has agreed upon a special rate with the Malmö Arena Hotel of 1360 SEK/night (valid for the nights of 22-24 May).

We will send you more information about accommodation bookings upon registration.
