Seminar 2013 “Training”

What factors affect the outcome of the training in your organisation and how can you best deal with them? Some are obvious, others might be more subtle. What are the constraints impacting upon the quality of training? Can training be improved by having a better awareness of all the different factors? These were the topics of the seminar on 4 June.

Thanks to all training professionals who participated in this engaging and active seminar. We believe we provided you with various thoughts and best practices from different organisations, asked the right questions and together we had fruitfull discussions for the possible answers. Besides the inspiration and new ideas, this seminar was a great an opportunity to expand professional network and meet industry colleagues.
