Entry Point North is hosting “Just Culture – a multidimensional concept” Seminar on 27-28 October 2015 in Budapest. Join us for an interesting two-day seminar where we explore the purpose of Just Culture, the obstacles as well as the (views) experiences from the many different organisations!

On 15 November 2015 it becomes mandatory for ANSPs to implement “Just Culture” (according EU regulation 376/2014). The purpose of the new regulation is to ensure that employees and contracted staff can contribute to aviation safety by reporting or being a part of reported safety-related information without risking that the information is used for any other purpose than increasing safety.

In that case, does Just Culture apply to you? This seminar will explore the impact on ANSPs at various organisational levels in addition to the challenges and the benefits of a Just Culture concept.

The event will take place at the Entry Point Central academy in Budapest. The event is free of charge, but participants need to cover their travel and accommodation expenses. Due to the popularity of the event, we kindly request participants to register early and no later than 27 September. Please note that the amount of seats for this event is limited.
