Course aim

The TRM Facilitator course is designed for operational personnel who intend to work as facilitators of TRM. The aim is to train the participants in development and delivery of TRM sessions, customised to meet the needs of their own working environment. The course focuses on application of facilitator requirements and the participant’s development in the role – a crucial factor for successful TRM sessions.
