At Entry Point North, we are committed to staying at the forefront of industry developments and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations. This work involves the collaboration of numerous experts across various fields. To maintain our high standards, Entry Point North has established a dedicated regulation group that convenes regularly to discuss the latest industry developments.
Upcoming regulatory changes are meticulously recorded and disseminated to all development sites. Each site then thoroughly analyses these changes to assess their impact on our modules and courses. These changes can affect the regulatory framework of Entry Point North, including training documentation, syllabi, and training plans, as well as the training materials provided to students.
When it comes to the materials delivered to students, whether in a classroom setting or online, updates are made and published on the date when the new regulations come into force. Students are informed accordingly, and some may need to revisit previously conducted lessons to familiarise themselves with the updates. This ensures they are well-prepared for the dynamic and ever-evolving industry they are entering.
On May 1st, 2025, a new version of the Standardised European Rules of the Air (SERA) will come into effect. This has initiated a significant project to update our training materials, ensuring they reflect the latest regulatory standards.
