The BALANCE HR Summit
Entry Point North will be at the BALANCE HR Summit in Budapest, Hungary, taking place from 27 to 29 October 2026.
Organised by HungaroControl, the summit will bring together HR leaders and experts from across the air navigation sector to discuss the challenges shaping the future of aviation organisations. The programme will cover topics such as generational differences, talent shortages, AI, diversity and inclusion, with a focus on practical ideas and shared experiences.
The event will also host the Annual Meeting of the CANSO Global HR Working Group on 29 October.
