Course aim
The ATSEP Infrastructure course is designed for participants who need the ICAO Doc 10057 Infrastructure part to complete their initial ATSEP training, or for those technicians and engineers that have a need for a basic understanding of the infrastructure used in Air Traffic Management (ATM).
This course gives participants a basic understanding of the infrastructure needed to support the complete ATM system. It also prepares them for System Equipment Rating Training, which is the next step in becoming an ATSEP.
After completing this course, the participants understand the importance of a well-working infrastructure within the ATC environment for power supply and distribution, cooling and ventilation of equipment, and the health and safety of personnel.
