This course equips instructors and other ATM professionals to effectively teach and work with people from diverse backgrounds. In this course you will learn to:

How you will learn

The standard access is 90 days, and we estimate that half a day is needed to complete the course.

Our On Demand courses provide learners with complete flexibility and control over their learning experience. They are self-paced courses allowing learners to access digital materials such as reading resources, videos, quizzes and interactive content whenever it suits their schedule. The learner automatically receives a certification upon completion.

Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for taking part in this course. It is open to all instructors and training professionals in ATM who are interested in enhancing their understanding of generational differences. This course aims to improve teaching effectiveness, foster collaboration and raise awareness of generational dynamics.
