Just Culture balances the need for an open reporting environment and learning culture with the need to appropriately hold all employees accountable for the quality of their choices.
The Just Culture course introduces participants to the concepts, language, and skills of the Just Culture framework. It discusses how to help transform an organization’s culture by placing less focus on events, errors, and outcomes and more focus on risk, system design and the management of behavioural choices.
The course can take 1 – 3 days, depending on whether the customer wishes case studies to be included.
